We fill out the application and do all of the paper work. All you will have to do is provide some identification and copies of supporting documents for the application (which we are happy to help you with). It is important that your situation and your requirements are relayed to the lending institution so that the best result is achieved. Once the lender has all of the paper work they will then begin their processing and checking procedures. We are there every step of the way to keep you updated with what is happening.
