We don’t charge you a fee for your appointment or for our service. We are paid by the lending institution for assisting and processing your loan application. We act as a third party extension of the lending institutions.

We process your application, keep you updated throughout the approval and settlement process, and after the property settlement is complete we contact you at least every twelve months to ensure that you are happy with the way things are progressing.

You don’t pay higher interest rates or higher fees through hidden fees. In some cases we have been able to negotiated, on behalf of the client, a better package then what you would have received if they went straight to the lender themselves.
